Individual customers are offered simple solutions for their savings, loans and day-to- day banking needs, through all the various channels. Services for the Affluent client segment, who benefit from dedicated offers and prod- ucts in particular tailored savings products and dedicated advisors are also provided at all BGZ branches. Private Banking clients are served at six Private Banking Centres, in Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Katowice, Poznan and Lodz. They benefit from the expertise of the BNP Paribas Wealth Management business line, which is regularly rated among the leading Wealth Managers in Europe and across the world. Microbusiness clients, including entrepreneurs and farmers, are supported by dedi- cated advisors at most of the Retail branches. BGZ BNP Paribas is today the undisputed leader in lending activities for farmers, with a market share of over 30% in this segment, and is meanwhile also building up expertise in the non-agriculture sectors, with the clear ambition of providing financial support to the Polish economy as a whole. BGZ has developed a separate service model for digital Do it Yourself customers who wish to use the Bank exclusively through online channels. This includes in particular attractive savings solutions under the BGŻOptima brand. Set up in 2011, BGŻOptima had, by the end of 2015, signed up close to 170,000 customers.

The Retail division also encompasses the Bank s brokerage bureau, which plays a key role in developing and distributing investment products among the Bank s Retail customers.

The Agro & SME division

The general aim of the Agro & SME division is to maintain its position as a leader in the Food & Agribusiness market and to outperform market growth in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The newly merged BGŻ BNP Paribas has drawn on the very best of the expertise of both banks in order to provide clients with an even higher standard of service. From BGŻ came F&A sector and EU-related financing skills, while BNP Paribas has contributed a broad range of up-to-date offerings in transactional banking and also expertise in cross- selling products such as the FX platform, factoring, leasing, trade finance and advanced cash management.

BGŻ BNP Paribas has also benefited from the current geographical span of the two con- stituent banks. BNP Paribas had built up significant representation in Poland s major
